CALL OF THE WILDS

The tour starts at the beautiful Pink city of Rajasthan - Jaipur. Together with Agra     and Delhi this circuit is called the Golden Triangle . We tour the different  sanctuaries    and wildlife parks across the state viewing the rare species of flora and fauna. The tour    comes to and end in the capital - Delhi where we bid you farewell.

ITINERARY

Day I – JAIPUR  (Pink City – visit to the Amber fort)

·          On Arrival at Jaipur (built in 1727 A.D) you await a royal welcome by the representative of  Jasbhag tours pvt ltd. There after you are transferred to the hotel.

·          We start the full day sight seeing tour of Jaipur – The pink city. First on the line is the Amber fort, on the way we have a look at the Hawamahal (Palace of winds built in 1799 A.D), then we proceed to the Jaigarh fort (the biggest cannon in India is here). In afternoon we proceed to the City palace (museum) & Jantar Mantar (a stone observatory).

·          We end our day by visiting some of the walled city bazaars, etc. Overnight at hotel.

 

Day – II - JAIPUR (SANGANER & BAGRU)

·          Today on our itinerary is an excursion to Sanganer town (12 kms) & Bagru  (35 kms).  Sanganer is famous for its crafts industry & finest block printed textiles. On the other hand Bagru is noted for its hand printed handloom using simple techniques. We reach Jaipur back by late evening. Overnight at hotel.

 

 

Day III – JAIPUR - KOTA  (CITY OF THE CHAMBAL) (250 kms / 5 hrs)

·          Today we leave for Kota (magic along the mighty Chambal).                                                           By late evening we reach Kota (founded in 12th century A.D by Rao Deva). After reaching Kota we relax for the day.  Overnight at hotel.

Day – IV – KOTA (sight seeing)

·          We start our full day sight seeing of Kota city.                                                                         

·          We first drive to the Chambal gardens  (A beautifully landscaped garden at the Amar Niwas), and then we proceed to the Maharai Madho Singh Museum (it has the best collection of Rajput miniature paintings, exquisite sculptures & armory). In afternoon we explore the Jag Mandir (temple constructed in 1346 A.D by Prince Dher Deh). Overnight at hotel.

Day V – KOTA  (VISIT TO DARRAH WILD LIFE SANCTUARY)

·          The adventure begins this morning as we set off for an excursion to the Darrah wild life sanctuary (50 kms). Here you can come face to face with animals like panther, spotted deer, tiger, wild boar & beer. Reach back at Kota by late evening. Overnight stay at hotel.

 

 

Day VI – KOTA - SWAI MADHOPUR (TOUR OF THE RANTHAMBORE NATIONAL PARK)

·          An exciting beginning to our trip this morning we leave for Swai Madhopur – Ranthambore. Ranthambore national park spread over an area of 392 sq km comprises of dry deciduous forests. This park is one of the finest Tiger reserves in the country under the project tiger. Overnight stay at hotel.

 

Day VII – RANTHAMBORE (jungle safari)

·          Depart early morning to one of India’s finest national park- Ranthambore National park.  We start with the jeep safari that takes us to the interior most parts of the park. Overnight stay at hotel.

 

 

Day VIII – RANTHAMBORE - AGRA (via BHARATPUR SANCTUARY)

·          An early morning drive sets us off for Agra. En route we have a glimpse at the Bharatpur wild life sanctuary. By late evening we reach the City of the moghuls – Agra. Overnight at Agra.

Day IX - AGRA  (THE TAJ TOUR)

·          The spectacular day (of Agra sight seeing) starts with the lover’s tomb Taj Mahal, Agra fort & Dayal bagh. Overnight at hotel.

 

 

Day X - AGRA  (EXCURSION TO FATEHPUR SIKRI & SIKANDRA)

·          Today we shall proceed to the Excursion of Fatehpur Sikri & Sikandra (if time permits). Return back to Agra by late evening. Overnight at hotel.

Day XI - AGRA (THE TAJ TOUR)

·          The spectacular day starts with the sight seeing of Agra city & local markets.  Overnight at hotel.

 

 

 

Day XII – AGRA - DELHI (THE CITY OF QUTUB MINAR)

·          An exciting ending to our trip this morning we leave for Delhi – Capital of India. En route we make a visit to the Itmad-ud-Daulah’s tomb. By evening we reach the capital city of India. Overnight at hotel.

 

 

 

Day XIII - DELHI (THE CITY OF LOTUS TEMPLE – LAST DAY)

·          On the final day after having a heavy breakfast we start for Delhi’s sight seeing of Delhi includes India gate, Qutub Minar, Connaught Place / Jantar mantar.
